What are yalls opinions on this game? I am hoping A&M toughs Florida up a little bit. It's Florida first real test and I am not sure how they will respond. Im also not sure how A&M will respond because it it their first game. First game against a ranked SEC opponent. I feel like they will come out firing and hitting hard, which is what we want, but they will make a lot of mistakes. I am
Just hoping that Florida wins a close game, but close enough that they open up their pkaybook for our coaches and players to see. I tell you this is gonna be a fun game to watch for Tennessee fans.

I keep waiting for any coherent theory as to why I should have the slightest optimism as a Gator fan this year. Yet again, I leave empty handed.

Being burnt many times in the past thinking that the gators were going to have a down year, I am not putting much stock into Florida's so-so outing yesterday. Too many times, I have bought into it and thought that this is the year the Vols get them only to be left thinking WTF just happened? Things will be much clearer after atm, imo.

If I had to guess, Florida squeaks one out for the sole fact A&M's coming in cold instead of getting to play La Tech last week (which they easily could've lost and may lose on October 13th). Going to be tough having your RS freshman QB making his first start against one of the best defenses in America. Ugly, low-scoring game is likely.

really wasn't that impressed by the UF defense yesterday. Secondary can make plays, but front 7 did not play well.

RB looked pretty good.

Defense will keep games in striking distance.

QB and WR play doesn't come along its gonna be hard to score in the SEC.

Gillislee should have played more last season. The coaches were in lust with Rainey and Demps' home run potential.

Our WRs are garbage, and our QBs...oy.... :cray:

So, who is the big name that gatornation is calling for to be the next coach? Don't say Gruden, he is ours!:p

I think, and actually hope, Florida wins next week. I don't want them to come into Neyland with a "circle the wagons" mentality. I'd rather them come in a little nervous because they keep sneaking by.

I have to agree with DHar. We have been here before, overly optimistic or reading between the lines when there really isn't anything to read. It was UF's first game, IMO it may not mean that much. Yes they looked ugly, but it's still florida.

BUT WE ARE TENNESSEE!

I'd like A&M to win, but with this being their first game of the year (plus with everything else new there) I'm having more difficulty seeing such
