Not sure. Depends on who puts the better package together. He'll most likely want a 5 year deal which would limit some schools.

Dont get your hopes up too much by that last one bud. I'm not sold that he'd be in Tennessee Orange, but I cant deny the notion that "someone" has a good shot at pulling him. By someone, I mean Austin, Texas.

Yeah I know. I wanted Patterson since before Fulmer was gone but he seems happy in Texas. I think he'll work out great for the Longhorns if that's the direction they go. Of course I think he'd work out great in our shade of orange as well.

I think he'd have some challenges switching within the conference. That may lose him some luster to be honest. It's going to be hard either way considering they just finished a new stadium and he was obviously a large reason why they spent that money. This state is funny about that kinda of thing in regards to turning your back on folks.

I can see where you would, but lets be real here. Who in the hell is Kentucky gonna get? Bear Bryant said it best. "Rupp got a Cadillac at the end of the year, and I got a watch."

No one wants to go there. They're lucky to have new cleats every year.

Other possible job openings:

Indiana
California
UNLV
Duke (Coach Cut to Kentucky??)
Oregon State (Riley to the SEC???)

I just don't see Mike Riley leaving Oregon State again. He already made that mistake. I think Kevin Wilson at Indiana would be a good OC for us.
