So far, M is showing to be far more athletic than Indiana.

The refs took that win away from Michigan. No reason to swallow the whistle and not call a flagrant foul when a kid is pushed in the middle of his back on a breakaway.

Whatever, he barely touched his back. If the kid could hit free throws its a non issue. That's why they lost, not the refs.

Should have been shots and the ball back. I'm neither a Michigan fan nor an IU fan. It was a clear push in the back and ought to have been called a flagrant.

You are right, Michigan could have hit their free throws and put the game away; however, they would not have had to hit their free throws had the call been made correctly.

Disagree. He made a play at the ball and had his hand on the back. Three officials agree in a road game. Clark Kellogg agreed. Just part of the game. I say it's a god job by letting the kids determine the outcome in the court. Now if he tackled the guy or didn't go for the ball I see a intentional

Slapping at the shoulder while shoving in the back is hardly making a play on the ball. Robinson's body was clearly thrown forward (contrary to your "barely touched him" assessment). Quite frequently in college basketball, that play is called flagrant, as it should be since the new flagrant rules were instituted to protect the player and being shoved in the back while leaping in the air is a great way to get injured. Hell, Robinson's arm even slammed into the backboard from the shove.

The "let the kids determine the outcome" attitude is absurd and obtuse when speaking of kids shoving other kids in the back on fast breaks. As for Clark Kellog's assessment, I really do not care. Kellog has never been anything other than a vacuous talking head.

Kudos to IU for capitalizing on Michigan's misses; however, it should not have come down to that if the call was made correctly.

If Michigan hit its freethrows in the last minute, this is not a conversation at all. Refs didn't influence the game. Michigan just sucked at the line.

Michigan did not hit their free throws, and this is a conversation. The refs did influence the game. It was an unfortunate end to an otherwise good game.

Don't trust him. He's a buckeye.

I didn't see the play, so I can't comment however.

He went for the ball, hit the arm from behind, and his momentum carried him into the player. If three refs there say it that way Luce ill take them over a person watching tv anyday. You would argue with an ant if it could talk

Great end to a ball game. Michigan failed to do what they had to do in order to win a home ball game. Indiana did what you have to do in order to win on the road.

The Indiana player went for the ball and the officials wisely and correctly went with the intent.
