That was just incredible what he did with that girl's credit card. I think his character was pretty obviously established at that point.

This guy is pretty hopeless.

The judge also ordered him to tour the Florida State Prison in Raiford and write an essay about his experiences.

Surely he would have learned his lesson after that...

This guy is a poster child for those who don't believe that everyone deserves a second chance.

I don't understand what facts there are to be gathered. You have this guy who is guilty of fraud......now he was at the very least in some way involved in an assault that took place. Sounds like a pretty easy decision to me, the minute you find out about this the offer to play here is void.

And people were getting on to me because I said I didn't want him anywhere near UT...
Hopefully he rots in jail for a while though.

Nobody should worry whether or not he will be playing any football. He will be in prison for a while.

It is amazing that any institution with the word "University" in its name could ever ACTIVELY want this guy to come there. He should be in prison.
