It is a clip airing on ESPN today about a kid that was about to lose his vision. He said that the last thing he wanted to see was a USC game. Pete Carrol got word and had him do just about everything with the team. It's a great story! I encourage any of you to watch it today if you have a chance to catch sports center. Really raised my status on Pete Carrol. I never really knew much about the guy except for that he can coach. However, when you see a coach reach out to a kid, especially someone that is about to lose there sight, and do everything that he did for the kid.....That's really special!

The most amazing thing about the story is how cool the kid is with everything that has happened to him. I'm 24 and I don't think I could hold it together going through something like that, but that kid just keeps on going.
