Cam Newton would have been in orange if Kiffin would have left a few months earlier.

Had he been able to diagram a play and not have 12 men on the field 2 straight times, I might agree with you. He's DEFINITELY not the sharpest tack in the box.

I have a buddy who is a pretty well connected MSU booster. Here is what he said...

Cam was ready to commit to Mullen, then his dad made him hold off. It was about this time that Auburn started to come on stronger. Basically he is convinced that some MSU boosters were offering some cash to Cam, but in the end Aubie stuffed the envelope a little better. Said he has heard at least 50K

Auburn's recruiting is surprisingly good, but they won't coach them up. Mahlzan will leave after next year. They will be decent, but never great.

Agreed. And Mahlzan's offense is only good for about a year anyway. After that, defenses start picking up on it. The spread has been proven to work in the SEC, but Mahlzan<Urban Myer..... Tyler Bray is the man though, so it doesn't matter about Newton. Bray's video on youtube where Kingsburg plays Taft really showed off his patience and movement in the pocket - which is unexpected from a 6'6'' pocket passer

If anyone is gullible enough to think a school paid for a player in this day and age, I feel for you.

Why would the Titans get a worse version of the QB they just got rid of?

I certainly hope Bud Adams has learned from the past, but we all know what he thinks makes a good qb. Hopefully he will butt out and let Coach pick his man this time.
