I remember going to get tickets and you could get up to 4 together as long as you had everyone's activity card to get punched and that they would just reach down and grab a bundle of 4 tickets with a rubber band around them and give you the entire bundle if you had 4 activity cards or take...
I think the game was passing him by there in the end as he was not able to adjust to the new offenses just like it passed Fulmer by shortly after 98.
You have to be on the leading edge like Spurrier was and Saben were.
I think Heupel could be on the leading edge now. We will see.
I remember an interview with Monte and he said that begged Lane to stay in Knoxville and that he was making a huge mistake and that it didn't get better than what they had in Knoxville. He even said that he considered seeing if the new coach would keep him on staff as he loved it in Knoxville so...

I will agree that Fulmer was a great recruiter, but I will not agree that he was a great coach.
You can't let one national title that I personally think was more about Cutcliffe than Fulmer cloud your judgement about how good Fulmer was .
Then if you throw in his stint as AD it gets even worse...
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Clausen forced on Fulmer?
If my memory serves me I think I remember that being an AD decision that Fulmer had to agree to in order to remain head coach and he kept tampering in what Clausen was trying to do as Fulmer did not trust him.
