Where are these statues?

Everytime there is a movement to change this/change that; there are two questions to ask: 1) what does society get in return? 2) how will that return be quantified? ROI.

May have asked this question before, but what would reparations resolve? 1) lower the out of wedlock birth rate? 2) keep all the recipients out of poverty? 3) lower the murder rate within the demographic to that of whites? ( if this were possible, I could get behind it) 4) increase the desire...
