Madtownvol, your comments are thoughful, perceptive and accurate as always. The problem with Kellie is, she is unable to compete with the elite coaches in the SEC like Staley, Mulkey and soon, Brooks and Schaefer. I believe Lisa Fortier of Gonzaga could compete with these elite coaches.

Lisa Fortier is like when Florida hired Urban Meyer from Utah. Different sport but same principle.

Please, let us stop crying over spilled milk. The Lady Vols could have won this game and then lost to LSU the nest day. This game was a fluke or the LVs are a final four team. We shall see.

This game was lost in the first quarter. However, the Lady Vols can redeem themselves in the NCAA tournament if they can get to the elite eight.

Lisa Fortier of Gonzaga is a good candidate to replace Kellie. She is 42 years old with an over .800 w-l record in 9 seasons. Kellie is a good coach but she cannot compete with Staley and Mulkey and in the future, Schaefer.

AD White has given up on the goal of returning the Lady Vols to their former elite status if he doesn't make an offer to Lisa Fortier. Kellie Harper is a wonderful person but she cannot compete with Staley and Mulkey. I believe strongly Fortier could compete with them.
