Anyone want to give me a heads up on how to create and attach one to a thread in progress?

I've searched through the help forum and could not find it.

When you start a new thread, scroll down below the text area and there is a check box where you can attach a poll to the thread and specify how many choices the poll will have.

Then you post the thread and dialogue comes up where you can type in your poll choices. I did a test thread in the help forum to confirm this is the procedure.

I merged my test thread with this one so the people had a chance for their voice to be heard.

I think the test is either rigged or it simply failed. But I can project the winner.
