Jakob Johnson ready to make first career start at middle linebacker

Jones called him an "alpha male" for a reason, and I for one am excited to see him in an extended role. He's going to be needed next year so this should be a great preview.

Its a badge of honor to be a middle linebacker, Jancek said. Jakob has to do it. Hes put the time in. He has worked extremely hard. I know he has been up early in the morning looking at film. Weve challenged him to do so and he has responded well so far.

So does J Johnson or K Bynum get the start? The last line of the article says it will be a game time decision but from everything I've seen this week I think it will be J Johnson,.
