Well I meant in the 1st game but I know I did not make that very clear. But you could be right. Michigan is very tough. Sierra Romeo or whatever her name is can fly and levitate and hit home runs without a bat she is so good. And they are on a bit of a mission after last season.

I don't think Florida beats Oregon in the regular season and then loses twice to them in the WCWS. I think if Haeger (sp?) is hot Florida will win their second championship. I think it's theirs to lose.

I saw Oregon several times on the PACN and I don't know...I'm not sold on them. They beat a lot of conference teams but lost out of conference a few times.

Michigan is tough, but I want to see what they do against Alabama before deciding anything about them.

But I am usually wrong on my predictions.

There are four teams that average over 7 runs per game in the WCWS..I think we have to have about a perfect game to beat most of them..we can do it but I wouldn't bet on it..just getting back to OKC keeps us in the elite group of NCAA softball teams and helps in recruiting though..think we are a couple of years away from possibly winning it

Vols hit the ball pretty well until the last month of the season--most HRs ever for a Vol teams--and then really began to tail off. Koenig went into a major spiral, Geer's productivity dropped and Aldrete is in a pretty serious slump. It is amazing that we managed to beat fsu twice without a hit from her. We will hit better in the championship series--I'm predicting it.

All the pressure is on Fla. The Lady Vols should be loose and free swinging, since they are the least ranked team left. Plus, they've had Fla's # recently.
