They forgot white away with stupid black trim or last years with Tennessee on front of jersey. Like the way Tennessee did not screw it up.

I liked the black trim on our white unis. Guess I'm alone on that one

Love the 1938 uniforms. Was also one of most successful eras of Tennessee football.

The black trim was there because the spotters in the pressbox had trouble reading the numbers.

I can remember John Ward commenting on it when it finally happened. He sounded relieved.

P.S. I liked it too.
