the amounts are based on the number of athletic scholarships the schools provided during the 2013-14 school year. Schools received credit for one scholarship for every set of partial awards that added up to the equivalent of a full scholarship.

Sort of what I'm saying. More men's scholarships equals the same amount of women's scholarships....UT doesn't have that many teams compared to a lot of schools.

This fact blew my mind...my Dad is faculty liaison to the athletic department at a small university...he said 90% of NCAA revenue comes from college hoops.
