Last year (freshman year) I played football at Bethel University. Three of my closest friends while I was there all played football at South Pitt under Grider. I had seen the relation to Grider and Gruden posted somewhere so I called them to see what was up. I don't feel like typing out the entire conversation, but the two of them that I talked to said that I should have kept the faith when they told me to a week ago. Right before we hung up I asked one of them if he had talked to Grider directly and he said, "I wouldn't steer you wrong. Just trust me." If you don't believe I know anyone go look up the 2011 Bethel Roster and see the SP players on there. Also I should be easy to find seeing as how my last name is in my username. I honestly don't know what to think anymore, but I do trust their word and will see what happens. Hope this helps fellas.

Twitter is BLOWING UP right now.. Supposedly Grider was the source for the TFP news article last week.

Gruden is coming.

The presence of SP players on the Bethel roster does nothing to substantiate your story. Who's to say you really know them, or that they know anything? Not calling you a liar....just saying that your "proof" doesn't exist.

Who is Grider and what is his relationship with Gruden?
Are you saying that Gruden is coming?

Why would all this stuff be going on with Charlie and Gundy if Hart had Gruden already?

This. Why would Hart go on the rejection tour if he has Gruden sewn up?

Gruden and Vic are good friends from the time they were together at UT.I seen today where Vic resigned and then seen the story about Hargis. I know Vic loved coaching at So. Pitt, it was his life following in his Dad's footsteps. Something big IMO had to be involved. Just say I'm a family member. TIFWIW.

We played on the same team together and all met each other at freshman orientation. We hit it off when I was talking about how Signal Mtn beat my team in state, and they chimed in that they hated signal mtn too. They played for Grider, know his family, etc. I mean if you want me to post a picture of my most recent phone calls for proof that I talked to Josh and Jakoby then I can, but I think there's enough proof already that I know them. Also, Grider's son was their QB in HS and they're both really good friends with him and the one back in South Pitt hangs out over at their house frequently.

Grider is the now former HC at St. Pittsburg High School. He has won 3 state championships there and has a stable full of talent poised for another run at state.

He was with GRUDEN at UT back in the day and they have remained friends all this time.

Grudens last payday from Tampa was today.

Grider is healthy, young, well liked here (Marion Co. Tn) and has a dynasty at St. Pitt.

Reports on Twitter say he was the source for the TFP article on Gruden last week (unconfirmed BTW)

Then this tweet by TFP sports writer tonight.

"Stephen Hargis ‏@StephenHargis
Id say vic grider stepping down tonite as coach will have some folks connecting all kinds of dots"

Gruden is coming.. (unconfirmed)

Dude, once again, posting a link of a roster proves nothing. Again, I'm not saying you're a liar. You could be very well telling the truth, but you seriously need to come up with a better way to back up your info. BTW, since we're posting football rosters, I had posted a few times that I played fullback for a D2 school so....here is my proof. #49

Grider is the now former head football coach at South Pittsburg
He and Jon Gruden were roommates and GA's together here at UT, they also still talk on a regular basis.

So McNatt,

Are you saying that Grider stepped down as the head coach because he is going to join Gruden as a coach at UTK?

So we know Gruden is coming to UT because a high school coach in Pittsburg, TN resigned? LOL Now I have heard it all.

How can this be. Ive done moved into my coaches office and started hiring a staff. I better get my buyout money.
