I don't think he was an Al Wilson, but I think his play overstepped Hefney's failures as a "leader" and stabilized and started the solidifying of that Defense.
I do agree that he missed a lot of tackles in the first couple of games, but give him credit where it's due. He's had what... 4/5 straight 10+ tackle games?

I think that kid will leave UT in the ranks of Al Wilson and Peyton Manning as far as his place in the hearts and minds of Vol fans. Good head on his shoulders too, and that's another facet he can lead that team.
