| Vandy game question - Newbie to Nashville Hey all,
Newbie to Nashville here with a question about the Vandy game. Given that their stadium seats less than 40,000 and the visitors don't get much of an allotment, how much do people think it would cost to get decent sideline seats on the secondary market? Say, 30-40 rows back on the 30-40 yard lines?
Thanks in advance. |

| You'll be able to find good deals. I don't know an exact figure, but it's not going to be a strain on the checkbook.
FYI - many of the vandy fans either sell or give away their tickets (or are UT fans who buy cheap season tickets just to attend this one game), so the stadium will be pretty much entirely orange. |

Thanks in advance. | Depends on Tennessee's record. If they are still in contention in the East, you'll pay a little bit. If they have three or more losses, you shouldn't pay more than $10 for a ticket. |

| I guess that's what I'm trying to figure out - should I buy the cheap season ticket for $100 or could I find a good seat for say, $80. |

| Buy the season ticket. Sell the Florida and Auburn tickets. Pays for itself. |

Ole Miss and Bama always turn out for VU but they are not at VU this year. Maybe a few people will want to come see Tebow? If that is the one UTK game you plan to attend this year then I would go ahead and buy the season tickets. |

You can sell your Auburn and UF tickets and probably get most of your money back. Vandy will put single game tickets to the UT game on sale on Sep 1, but I think they are end zone too. |

| To be honest i would get the TIX and go. I get season tix to all the vandy football and BB games and pull for them unless they play UT. You would be shocked at how well vandy plays everyone. Oh and get the cheap ones. Vandy very rarely sells out so you can easily move around. basically every seat in their stadium is good too. |

| I hate that stadium...Every time we play there well over half the seats are empty and that stadium that time of year is COLD as the wind whips through that place...Either way there will be a lot of tickets availkable to purchase. |

| I love it when Vandy gets booed on their own home field!!! I had a great time at the game in 2006. The stadium was sold-out, 80% of the crowd was wearing Orange, and we beat Vandy by like 30 points. It was a good day!
