I would venture to say it might just work seeing where we’ve been the past decade with the line!

It's funny to think that this kid played for the kings academy at one point... they're always one of the worst teams in the state.

So where does all of this Roman Harrison love come from? I keep hearing ppl talk about him like he was a 5 star or something.
He was an under the radar prospect out of high school well outside the top 300 prospect prior to attending a camp with us last summer and blew up his senior. He has elite measurements. Definitely a. Elite athlete

Sometimes that's a benefit though. It may hurt your overall ranking coming out of hs but if you played on a bad team and still got recognized it says a lot about your skill set, work ethic and attitude. Depending on the position you play it may even sharpen your skills to the point that college is a quick and easy transition.

If he learns the Defense quick enough, Crouch could.

Between Morris and Wright at least one could start...is this a surprise?

Roman Harrison and Henry To'oto'o are very talented too but they don't have a lot of time to learn the system and Henry is coming off a foot injury.

It could be the JJ Peterson fan bump all over again. The hype on that young man got out of control last year, to the point where fans were saying we were losing b/c he wasn't here in time. Then the kid shows up pudgy and the same folks are calling him a bust before he ever saw the field!

Fan comes from fanatic and it shows sometimes.

Freshman Akporoghene appears to be making coaches notice. A big raw guy is currently seen as a guard. Seems to pass the eye test and has the work ethic. Just might end up a starter.
Freshman Focus: OL Akporoghene starts career at guard

Akporoghene is not expected to make the 2 Deep, much less start....he only has a couple years football experience.
A true frosh starting on the Oline in the SEC, can spell disaster

"There is a lot of long-term potential there, projects as an upper tier Power 5 starter and potential mid-late round NFL draft pick.”
- Greg Biggins, 247

...

"but he was ranked much lower (No. 2,262 overall and No. 184 at his position) by 247Sports"
