Well, it is only for traffic coming from say Atlanta and heading towards Chattanooga and Nashville on 24. All traffic is being forced to go north on 75 and get off at East Brainerd Road if needing to get on 24.

How you ingress or egress I-75 is your problem.
Cut it deep and kick it.
