In the recent interview (outstanding if you are a fan and haven't watched you're missing out ) that our coach and Catching answered questions Maria noted 1998 was her first year of covering the LVs. She mentioned a new article that wondered if Kelli Jolly had the wherewithall to lead the team as point guard. Our Coach offered the lesson that had learned as players, the Three P's don't pay any attention to Parents, Peers and the Press.

How many more distractions every teen-ager to young adult has to face with the judgement and opinions of the social media options. And of course the players while being recruited promote/sell their abilities as women and players.

Our Coach made another authentic comment on how important it is for the program and university to take care of our players.
