The 2024 class will be Heupel's crown jewel. Solid class of in-state kids, specifically athletes and on the defensive side of the ball, who could really set the foundation for a special run. Expect several commitments in the next few weeks and the momentum to only grow from there.

What I'm asking does a high ranking influence kids to sign up?

Team ranking is based on the talent you have committed. Talent does like to play with other talent. So I would say yes it affects things. Like I think Nico definitely helped us get some kids on campus and thus increased our profile as a program.
