It was the lighting in that arena

I think you're right. Because the orange on the home uniforms looked weird but I don't remember them looking weird in the previous 3 games.

Maybe sunburns?

holy crap…….that’s probably it.

Maybe not even close enough to the equata to make the uniforms look all red.

I bet someone washed those uni’s and hang them out in that bright hot sun to dry……..they gots all sunburned.

Makes perfect sense.

It was the lighting. Even the folks that put on the tournament admit the lighting is dimmer than normal inside Imperial.

The ceiling also makes a difference in lighting. The ceiling at Imperial is 26 feet. The ceiling at TBA is 120 feet. The speakers that hang below the center scoreboard are 60 feet above the court.

May very well be the lighting

However if you look at the cameras from at the goals everything looks normal.

Look at the main camera and BAM.

A lot of articles talk about the lighting situation. My guess is the broadcast cameras are in the unlit parts of the room and the plus lights are messing with how cameras pick up our shade of orange. The cameras behind the backboard are in the well lit area of the room.

It’s WAY closer than my house.

The closer to the equata you get the more that barometric pressure messes with our eyes.

Like once you get to Columbia yellow looks like bright red……….something like that.
Once you get down to Colombia, there's a white powder down there that makes ALL colors bright...

I assume you are joking. . .

Having worked in Libreville, Gabon and in Thailand for years, I can assure you that you are FOS on this.

“Equata”

Come on man

But you were there in person…….not seeing it on TV “from there.” All that Equata pressure skews colors in like the TV frequencies jumbles everything up.
