Pate is easily one of the best interviewers in college football. I'm not so sure he isn't the best. Extremely well prepared and very football intelligent. I really enjoy his podcasts and interviews.

A very good interview. This is an example of why Coach Hep has been able to accomplish a much as he has under the adverse atmosphere he accepted when he came here. He prospective, and attitude is spot on and I now understand why the coaches who preceded him failed as a head coach.We are so fortunate to have him here at Tennessee. His ego is under control and his drive and knowledge is superior to his predecessors.

Sad that football coaches can speak that such a high level. He knows stats and can speak of them off the top of his head. Too bad we have politicians at the top of our government that can't even make a coherent sentence without a teleprompter.
