We had an error message when we went to pay and it was a surprise to ticket office so if you get an error after submitting your cc info you will likely need to call the office in which case they can complete it for you over the phone.

I kept getting an error, too. But I changed the amount to pay from $200.00 to $0.00 and it went through without a problem.
