and we get flak for scoring points with our 3rd string, meanwhile Dart has been in at the end of the mighty GA Southern, Wake Forest, MTSU, up big, padding stats. He even got a 15 minute special on Sportscenter last night for his play against these teams. Doesn't make any sense, other than ESPN is now a bookie, so longshot Heisman/Champion candidates are a liability, favorites are not. I have no other explanation for it.

Georgia is going to have issues this year. They just do not have the depth they’ve had in the past. Idk if we can win in Athens but that team is vulnerable this year moreso than in the past.

Who has Ole Miss played? We thumped our cupcakes just like them, then went on the road and beat a top 15 team at their house in prime time. Our resume is better and we handled business against inferior competition just like they have.

Just going to say the same thing.......granted it's early and it'll work itself out, but just like Notre Dame and USC, NC State, etc......lot of love when they really haven't done anything yet.

Tell me one thing Bama has done that merits them ahead of us. W. Kentucky? South Florida? Wisconsin?

Tell me one thing Ohio State has done that merits them ahead of us. Akron? W.Mich? Marshall?

Texas and Georgia have at least played and beaten good teams (Michigan and Clemson, respectively). So wouldn't argue the two of them being ahead of the Vols. Georgia probably has the most developed resume thus far, with both Clemson and Kentucky (yah, Ky, but hey they are a Power 5 team). So no arguments if those two are even with us or ahead.

But given the games played so far this year, we ought to be in the #3 spot.

You realize our D went into a prevent, 3 DL at the end of the 3rd right?........probably a little early, but point being even a h.s. QB could complete a few passes in a prevent and move the ball.
