I may be wrong. But I believe the scholarship reduction penalty has passed.

It’s still in effect. We took care of it over the majority of the first two years, but the NCAA requires us to have at least two scholarships less over a 4 year period. I think this is our last year at 83 scholarships.

I thought that was the case. We will be back to an even playing field, regardless.

Walk-ons are no longer allowed though, if that wasn’t just a rumor.
