New clock rules

Did anyone else notice in the 4th quarter with around 4 minutes left the clock was not running on incomplete passes when it should have been? It was not within the 2 minute warning. Am I missing something with the new rules the way I understand them it should have been. I have to go back and look at if that was happening more in the game.

I don't think that's the new rule.

It still stops with incomplete passes I think. Just first downs don't stop the clock until under 2 minutes of each half.

Not on incomplete passes, it starts on the next snap.

That is what I thought but there was definitely some time when it did not start until the ball was snapped so it should have been running.
