100%. I think our D will keep it close, but the question is can we move the ball against a D that you know Kirby will dial up his best shot. Two things we cannot afford are turnovers, giving UGA a short field, and a bunch of quick 3 and out's. Even if we're not scoring alot (and don't turn the ball over), but sustain drives, we'll keep the game close to win at the end.Carson Beck is light years better than Gaston Moore if playing with the same supporting cast. But since we have some matchups at other positions, we’ll see how it goes.
Most importantly: I want to see how well our offensive line will block their defensive line. That will be the difference in the game. We lost that battle the last couple years and it was the difference maker.
Why do you think that they're better at Safety? Their safeties have been getting toasted. It may have to do with their CBs being underwhelming too. They probably have better LBs but it’s closer than most realize. They’re probably better at safety too but our corners have been much better.
Other than that, I agree with this
Is Nico 100% ruled out
Player | Position | Status |
Keenan Pili | LB | Out |
Jourdan Thomas | DB | Out |
Edwin Spillman | LB | Out |
Desean Bishop | RB | Out |
Nico Iamaleava | QB | Questionable |
Vysen Lang | OL | Questionable |
Dont’e Thornton | WR | Questionable |
If we're better at those positions against Georgia, then I'm pretty sure we are better against the other SEC teams we've faced. We're 5-1 in the SEC and have scored more than 30 once - against MSST. So, I kind of doubt we are better at all those positions. If we are better at all those positions, we should blow them out by out by 30.
How the refs call this game will also matter. Georgia DBs will attempt mugging on our WRs on the line. If we can’t get off the line and get separation, it’s going to be a long night.Carson Beck is light years better than Gaston Moore if playing with the same supporting cast. But since we have some matchups at other positions, we’ll see how it goes.

QB is not listed. QB drives this offense. It's not hard to connect the dots. But please continue to think that we're a poverty program. If we're better at those positions against Georgia, then I'm pretty sure we are better against the other SEC teams we've faced.
