Should have taken a time out. That was a poor split second coaching error last night. But, yes, Moi needs to run the stairs tomorrow

Eh, not really Moi’s fault. He was likely acting under the direction of his coaches, and I knew that type of stuff would bite us eventually. Especially in a very biased officiated game.

More like every day this week. Every friggen where he goes. To class, to eat, to take a god dang shower, EVERYWHERE at a jog. Maybe then he will learn.

Was a review requested? or was it just called in by the SEC.
There was an official standing on the sideline so the play on the field should stand.
I will bet it is not even a reviewable play. Sorry but this was BS.
Someone called this in from the booth and it was done without a flag on the field a good 30 Seconds after the fact.
We are going to get down to missed calls being phoned in from the booth.

Looked like Kirby made a stink and the officials obliged. It was crap all around.

I remember in recent history the Vols substituted on offense, then the ref stood over the ball to allow defense to sub, meanwhile the play clock runs out an we get a delay of game penalty. That was about to happen last night but the ref allowed GA to snap the ball before our guy got off the field.

I think it is reviewable.

I think I learned that one year when we played in Baton Rouge.

If he cant do it then he doesnt need to be out there. He was actually getting OFF the field. I understand being tired but absolutely no excuse not to hustle.

It’s just my opinion, but in years past we’ve intentionally subbed slow to force the other team to burn a timeout, or take a delay of game penalty. I think he was told to do that, and then when the coaches saw that the refs were going to let Georgia snap the ball, he was told to “hurry up” but by that point it was too late.

Its a tactic that bit us in the ass because Kirby made a stink, and the refs heard him out.

IF that was the case, then ok - and considering how the refs were doing everything they could to swing the game for GA, it wouldnt surprise me - especially since they were clearly LOOKING for it. Even the announcers were surprised. I would actually like to find out which ref called that and look at his bank account.

Honestly, I think Kirby was going crazy on the sideline and in typical SEC fashion, it didn’t take much for them to give Saban Jr. his wish. I didn’t even know that you could review a penalty like that. Maybe they should’ve taken another look at the “face mask” penalty or Beck’s clear false start as well?

The single most thing, quit that trotting crap, get off the field. I know lots of teams are doing it but it sucks and it got us last night. Quit that crap today! GBO
