Will we ever see a starting quarterback from Tennessee in the nfl?

I think if it were not for Jared Goff's good play (with the exception of throwing 5 INTs last week but still winning), Hooker might be starting for the Lions. He might have been a starter at other NFL teams. Definitely the Titans! Still wish they would have taken him over Levis.

I’d love to see Joe Milton, hendon hooker and Josh Dobbs starting they should get opportunities to be a starter for a football team in the nfl

Dobbs has had chances to start in the nfl but never really took advantage of them

Well, there was a guy named Manning and Heath also started. That aside, what makes you think all 3 of those guys aren't being given "opportunities"? They're on a roster. They can earn the job on the field. Is it your contention that they should be named the starter just because they're former Vols? Make it their job to lose? I don't understand what you're expectations are.

Hooker can play at that level, but is sitting behind one of the nation's best QBs right now. Outside of a 5 INT game recently, Goff is playing like a man possessed. If the Lions continue to dominate and they stay comfortably ahead in the NFC north, then I would expect Hooker to get more chances to play and potentially start a junk game towards the end of the season if they want to keep Goff healthy for a postseason run.

Milton....I think his days of playing on active rosters will be limited at best. The Pats are a mess and he is not the QB who can fix them. He will enjoy a long career as a potential backup but most likely a practice squad QB. Still, he will make good money and always has the opportunity to get called up.

Nico has a real shot. He has the height, good developing arm talent, and is getting better at reading defenses especially post snap. However, he really needs some meat on those bones. I wince when he goes down because it is like seeing a giraffe get toppled. He is so stinking tall and lanky that he could get snapped at some point. He needs to stay healthy, protect his body instead of fighting for an extra yard, and get a little stronger. He doesnt have to be Josh Allen big, but getting beefier will help his durability against NFL defenses that would love to snap him in half.
