"Take my word for it, these Commodores could knock off Tennessee. Possible. There have been seven road upsets of ranked SEC teams by the hot and bothered unranked. One more would absolutely wreck playoff hopes and plans. It would disrupt Heupel’s remarkable foundation, 30 victories in three years" Marvin West at his best, with the reasons Tennessee needs their best game on Saturday. It's Vandy's Super Bowl! New Mexico State was winning a few with Jerry Kill as coach and Tim Beck as offensive coordinator. For a few dollars more and comp tickets to the Grand Ole Opry, they moved to Nashville. LOL.

Sadly, it is only happen to the SEC. Minnesota choked against Penn State. B1G looking good right now because their lower level teams cannot pull off upsets. SEC bottom feeders need to get the hint and roll over like the B1G bottom feeders for the good of the league lol.

That being said, to me this is Tennessee's first playoff game. It basically has the same stakes. We can consider it kind of like this first round march-madness play-in games.

What happened in the SEC last week was an embarrassment. If teams like Bama and the rest of the playoff pretenders want to wuss out against lesser competition, then let them. Heupel and Nico better be ready to lead the team and the fans into battle next week.

With all that is at stake for the Vols, this is game that will make or break Heupel. If God be for him, there will be a victory against Vandy.

I feel like we can't talk trash after wussing out at Arkansas and losing to Georgia and Kirby Smart for 100th straight year.

Beat Vandy and then I will feel better.

B1G is very top heavy. I was hoping adding the 4 Pac12 teams would make it a less top heavy league and it helped some. Issue is Michigan and USC ended up being train wrecks. Washington's off season was a train wreck. Those teams have just sucked against the top competition and opened the door for these 11-1 weak B1G teams.

"Diego Pavia is captain of the threat. Tennessee has not demonstrated great strategy at containing mobile quarterbacks. This one is mobile. If you are comfortable sending notes to defensive coordinator Tim Banks, mention the possibility of assigning a spy. It will help some if the defensive front doesn’t jump offsides."

Every game from here on is single elimination tournament.
