The feeling in the air is reminiscent of playoffs time in HS football where you feel like you’re sailing into uncharted waters.

Win and advance.
Lose and go home.

I love the new set up.

If TEX wins and TEX loses to UGA, I think TEX stays ahead of us - BAD
If TAMU wins and TAMU beats UGA, I think UGA and TEX drop below us, TAMU passes us - GOOD
If TAMU wins and UGA beats TAMU, I think TEX stays ahead of us or falls behind us based on whims of the CFP committee - BAD or GOOD, who knows

Yep. Vols are in a single elimination tourney from here out. Couldn't ask for more.

The games should be really exciting this weekend. When people said a playoff system would make the games matter less, that never made sense to me. If there was no playoff or only a 4 team playoff, most of the games wouldn’t matter at all this weekend. The playoff makes these games more significant.

Our game is most important but otherwise considering the odds, USC over ND might be our best chance of moving up.
