He's pissed at OU.. LOL Let's see.. if we are not a championship team, and we beat his team.. what's that equal too? Outside looking in. He's faked the olive branch before, but he's a homer and I swear there should be a rule where TV commentators are barred from covering their alma Mata.

And not only did we beat them, if we beat Vandy, we will have beaten 2 teams on the road, where Bama lost to those same two teams in the same stadiums. (We really need to beat Vandy).

This team has had plenty of chances to win every game they’ve played. At times Bama looks great, same with UGAly. Not really sure who else besides maybe Oregon is better than those two teams.

We are a couple plays away from being 11-1 and possibly a couple big plays and the defense’s worst game of the year from being undefeated.

I like our chances. I dont care what Gargle Freckleboy says.

I love that they refuse to accept the fact that our defense is arguably the best in the country and will keep us hanging around virtually every quarter of a game. We do NOT win sexy, but we win ugly..... I find it funny that Bama at 3 losses is just a "misunderstood" team while a 2 loss Tennessee team who has dug out win after win with very tough defense is some ticking timebomb to lose

Yea, I'm not offended. I think he's just saying he doesn't see us, or Indiana, or Boise State or the Big 12 cham as being real title contenders. But if we could somehow turn the switch and our passing game start clicking then we would be a threat to Georgia, Oregon, Texas, etc.

Well….I mean, sure, if Alabama and Ole Miss would not have lost, we are likely still on the outside.

BUT, Alabama lost to Oklahoma, who we beat.

AND, Ole Miss lost to Florida, who we beat.

AND we also beat Alabama head-to-head.

So, if Greg’s precious Alabama would have taken care of business, then he could say that Bama belongs.

You are what your record says you are. And Bama has 3 losses. Two to unranked teams and one to that team that is not a title contender according to him.

So what does that mean for those ranked lower?

Brother, hope springs eternal, but I’ve been waiting all season for somebody to throw that switch. But that’s just me.

What did he say thats not true? Why do people look so hard for some kind of insult in everything anyone says about UT that's not a complete glazejob? We do not look like a National Championship team..period end of story.

The conversation was about UT. Its not like he went off on some tangent and brought it up...... Coming into the weekend there was a slight chance that UT would not control its own fate.. Bama, Ole Miss and Indiana losing changed that. Now its 100% in our hands. thing is even outside of all that no, UT does not look like a contender. We have Boat raced 4 teams way below our level. Lost to Arkansas. Beat a Bama team I'm not sure what to think about. Got outclassed by the weakest UGA team in CJH's tenure. We have played good enough against our other SEC opponents. There has not been one dominant performance against a good team this year.

UTEP (128) and Kent(134 of 134) State are 2 of the worst teams in FBS...Kent State is literally the worst. Chattanooga is FCS. And NC state we sent their QB to the shadow realm he thought it was his job to score for us. Funny thing our defense has ended the careers of at least 2 QB's and likely the functional careers of 2 more. The one saving grace of losing the Arkansas is they are bowl-eligible and have only lost to ranked teams. Could we get hot and win it all? sure...Should anyone be betting money they aren't ok losing on that happening? Hell no. Our offense is not explosive/consistent enough right now to do it against the teams we would see past the first round of the playoffs. But they have been heating up.

I do not think any SEC team cares where they play their playoff games. It's the fans and AD's that want the home games. Sure anyone would prefer playing at home but none of them dread playing in the playoffs no matter where it is. I would say the same is true for Big10 teams...they don't care where they play. The other conferences they probably do because they all know its one and done anyway. I get it was him being purposefully edgy but.. just no.
