Watching all this playoff bracket nonsense shows a clear favorability towards the Big 10. I’m rethinking and wondering if having Big 10 officials may hurt.

Anyone know what crews will officiate? How does that work will they make a mix of conference refs? Also these SEC refs don’t let CJH and the Vols get anything. And I partly blame CJH for not calling it out sooner and more frequently. He’s a nice guy but you gotta defend yourself and advocate for your team.

Yes we hurt ourselves with stupid penalties but there are ample pieces of evidence of where they really tried screwing Tennessee.

None of these refs are “full time,” but as an example would they get refs from let’s say the big 12 if a big 10 team plays an SEC team?

I also notice the committee is swayed towards match ups that may produce the highest ratings. I really hope they get this right after these conference championships. And what pictures of high ranking ppl does Alabama have bc these guys seem to get whatever they want whenever they want. Saban is retired treat Bama like anyone else. Cmon now.

Tell me how half of the Ohio state players would even be eligible to play considering the amount of suspensions that should be handed down after the melee that took place in Michigan when the cops had to literally pepper spray their entire team.

lol. What officiating crew have you seen at any point this season that you would want? They are ALL bad.

There won’t be a ton of suspensions. The B10 likely won’t do squat.

If we go to Columbus OH & play OSU we're screwed. Expect penalties galore on us & blindness by the refs on calling out OSU. Another of the media Darlings, just like the Gumps. Letting the Gumps in is pure BS.

Can we please let the game actually be scheduled and maybe even started before we start blaming the refs for us getting beat.....
What a novel idea!

All of this whining over UT’s ranking and pairing and hosting is unbelievable. I’d like to meet the person who wouldn’t have begged to be any where in the playoffs when the season started with a decent, but unproven, defense, OL, and a freshman quarterback.

The team has done well. They earned their spot. It wasn’t rigged for them (or any other team) to get here and, from recent results, it looks like the Vols can be competitive going forward with any of the other 11 in the field. Enjoy what these gentlemen have accomplished. If they don’t win on the road, the loss isn’t likely to be because the playing field is in Ohio versus Tennessee.

The conspiracies here are absolutely insane. Most of you must be schizophrenic. You complain about the SEC compromising refs to fix games in favor of what the SEC wants.

You then say the SEC will use refs to screw us in postseason play. If the bracket played out how it is currently listed and the SEC is as corrupt as you claim, you should pray for SEC refs in every game up to the championship. The SEC would kill to have one of their teams march through 3 Big 10 teams to meet up with another SEC team for the championship, even if they do hate us while loving every team we play.
