Who replaces Bob?

Would Mike Keith call football and basketball? Is this a requirement at Tennessee? Not sure Mike would want to do all that extra travel and call games from September-March?

Taking him from the Titans, does get him away from the Titans though and their awful organization. Mike deserves better. He always has to appear on shows and in public and try to defend the Titans total ineptness as an organization and always have to sunshine pump and no one believes it. We know he works for state ran media in Nashville and he's just doing their bidding, because that's what his job is.

I think Mike is in a high up position with the Titans, not just their "radio guy". The right amount of money and agreement might make him think about it?

I think it would be a good move for him and I'd certainly be happy with a UT guy coming home, but I just don't see any NFL broadcaster leaving their gigs.....??

Not that his name has been mentioned, Dave Nathan should be on the short list. UTK grad, radio host for WMNL back in the 2000’s. Left with Cuttcliffe for Duke and transitioned that to the UNC gig.

Several former Vols, knowledgeable but not caustic critics, pointed fingers at the coaching staff.

Marlon Walls, defensive tackle, 2009-2013, former coach, may have had the most definitive summation. On the Sports Source, he said “Coaches did not set up the players for success.” Based on Walls' assessment, there should be openings....
Marlon isn't making the decisions, is he?

There aren't any openings right now.

He doing PBP and a good analyst would be fine with me.
I assume the same PBP would also do basketball?
I love hearing Bertlekamp. Hope he stays
I did hear from a member of his family that he was interested and had interest when Ward retired but it was already in place for Bob back then. I’ll be happy with anyone that brings excitement and detail
