Nico leaving?? [speculation]

Nico is tweeting stuff tonight that looks like he's at least teasing a transfer. I might be alone in my thoughts, but don't let the door hit you where the good Lord split you. We haven't gotten anything close to 8 million in performance. I understand that he's only a redshirt freshman, but he's struggling. If our coaches had faith they'd be calling some deep plays. His departure may also explain some of our receivers leaving. Next up... let's go. Aloha Nico

I didn't post anything because I don't want it to be true for one, but also my brother is a jokester, so I halfway didn't believe it. But he "let slip" (his words) at Christmas dinner that the Vols qb position is in for a rude awakening when Nico transfers. He frequents all the 7on7 football events so it's possible I guess that he knows something. Something fishy going on regardless.

Boys, it may be time to hang it up and check out for a few weeks if we’re really gonna be this insecure.

His production this year is completely replaceable (admittedly, his potential may not be). Don’t get me wrong, I want him in orange and will be sick if he left, but it’s not the end of the world.

Let’s see how things shake out over the next couple weeks before premature panic sets in and takes over.

And also, let’s point out the obvious—no one has a freaking clue what this post means. To me, it seems like frustration with receivers not getting open or maybe with his own decisions with a clean pocket, but who the heck knows?
