Until the NCAA is kicked out and someONE establishes some Rules, Contracts that have the players sign an agreement for the Jack they are getting, IT is really very simple, give the players a bunch of money, cars, houses, etc. and Win!

The NCAA can't. That's the point. Anything like that would require an anti-trust exemption from Congress. Granted it's their fault anyway for dragging the player NIL case through the court instead of relenting but it's still congress that has to act at this point

It’s hard to believe that the powers that be of college football (whoever they may be) have so royally jacked up college football so badly. Not sure a reasonably fair playing field can survive this nonsense. They’ve wet the bed with NIL, obviously, and, equally as obvious, with this CFP approach to determine a college football champion. Hard to summon any confidence in their coming attempts to fix the mess they’ve made.
