Question to those who listens to Tony Basilio

Have any of you noticed something strange lately with Tony on the air? I've noticed that he gets a LOT of names/facts mixed up lately. I mean, we're all guilty of doing this at some point or another. However, with Tony it seems like I hear him doing this a lot these days. Like...a LOT and many times he doesn't even realize he's doing it. I hope the guy is ok, but it might be something he needs to get checked out.

Man, I mix my own kids names up all the time and I’m in my 30s. I’m sure he’s fine. Those late nights shows after games aren’t easy for someone his age though!

As a 71 y.o. who can't remember names (and a lot of other stuff) at all, I empathize with Tony. Being in the public eye is difficult enough, but adding in problems that aging brings with it are doubly depressing. GETTING old and BEING old sucks! No doubt about it.

You posted on a public forum, you really don't have the authority to tell anyone if they can or can't post. You can easily filter out the responses you don't want and focus on the ones you do instead of wasting your time chastising which will only increase the trolling. Just my opinion

I would rather River Dance in a wood chipper than listen to Hooker or Calhoun. Not a fan of Tony but I would take him a thousand times over the POS Calhoun.

I’ve always considered him the Alex Jones of Tennessee football. Felt like he was always going with weird/unsubstantiated rumors. Anything to fill airtime

VQ is okay. They’re a bit smug in their responses to fans, but they’re okay.

Fans will ask them things like “do you think our linebackers will be better than 2023” and the response is always “how could I possibly know until they’ve played all 13 games”. It’s like “don’t you understand what an opinion is? Based on what you know/seen do you think it’s likely”

One time I accidentally left my kid at home all alone for like 3 days. Me and the rest of the family completely forgot about him and flew to Paris for Christmas. There was an attempted robbery while we were gone. It was wild.
