Oh some are mad. What did they expect? A 3rd string rookie QB that really does have arm talent to just say oh well I'm gonna suck so I don't have a job and out of the league.
Some team with a solid QB is gonna say, he's good enough to be QB2. He definitely showed he can throw with touch today and hit targets

While researching, I saw that HS was named one of the biggest busts in NFL history. I didn't realize he was so highly regarded when he came into the league.

Nope. Shuler’s last year in the NFL was Peyton’s last year of college.

His best play was that play where he alluded several tackles rolled to the sideline and threw a bullet to the pylon for a TD…. Even though it was called back for holding. Still impressive.
