How many WRs are left?

The athletics page doesnt refresh in real time for us Vol fanatics, as expected, but with the transfers leaving- who is still on the roster? The site says 19 WRS, and obviously thats not accounting for who is leaving. Help me finsih this list- who's staying and who's leaving?

1 Dont'e Thornton Jr.Sr.- NFL
3 Squirrel WhiteJr. - Transfering FSU
5 Bru McCoy- Won't be back next year, NFL?
84 Kaleb Webb - Portal
85 Nathan Leacock- Portal
11 Chas Nimrod - Transfering USF

CJH doesn't rotate WRs, so if they pick up Jefferson they will be good with Matthews, Brazzell, Staley, and Jefferson. As long as nobody gets hurt they will be good to go. Let the Freshmen play against the cupcakes to get there experience for next year.

You forgot the incoming Freshman. Smith is highly rated, and Georgia was really pressing to flip him.

Currently 6 on scholly plus Boo. That includes incoming freshmen.

he rotates them just as much as anyone else. Yeah he isn't Butch Jones who shuffled WRs after every other play, but he is in line with all the top passing offenses.

the issue is this offense doesn't pass as much as other teams, and typically our drives involve fewer plays with our reliance on splash plays to eat up yards.

Add incoming Fr. R Jackson, Travis Smith, and Dodson

Everyone seems to think A Jefferson will transfer in so that's #7.

I think they will add 1 more if the right person comes along, but who really knows atp

Nimrod will be interesting, if he balls out with Golesh it will be telling about Pope, if he still drops balls and is average, it will be telling about his ability and why he didn't see the field as much.

Me strongly believes that two of those freshman will force themselves onto the field very early.
I’m not saying it’s going to be like when Robert Meachum showed up as a freshman, but I’m not saying it isn’t either.

Meachem redshirted. The closest any freshman has come under Heupel to making an impact at receiver was Squirrel, and he only played mop up duty until the Orange Bowl, where he only played because both Hyatt and Tillman sat. Heupel has repeatedly demonstrated that he doesn’t want to play true freshmen at receiver, and none of these guys are Jeremiah Smith or Ryan Williams types. One making an impact early would be a minor miracle, but two?

Not according to King..He says we're looking at a high end WR. And possibly 1 more depth piece besides Jefferson.
