Transgender athletes were no longer a part of the proposed Title IX changes. That is a political red herring

The rule didn't explicitly address athletics and mostly detailed how schools and colleges were required to respond to cases of discrimination and sexual assault. A separate proposal dealing with transgender athletes in sports was put on the back-burner and later revoked after it became a focal point of Trump’s campaign.

The fundamental challenge of the lawsuit had nothing to do with transgender athletes, though that is how the TN AG is promoting it for obvious political reasons:

In his decision, Reeves found the Education Department overstepped its authority by expanding the scope of Title IX.

There’s nothing in the 1972 law suggesting that it should cover any more than it has since Congress created it, Reeves wrote. He called it an “attempt to bypass the legislative process and completely transform Title IX.”

The judge also found that it violated free speech rights by requiring teachers to use pronouns aligning with a student’s gender identity.

“The First Amendment does not permit the government to chill speech or compel affirmance of a belief with which the speaker disagrees in this manner,” Reeves wrote. {From the same ABC new source]

Here are some of the actual, revised Title IX rules that are also thrown out with this lawsuit:

  • A lower standard for colleges to find someone guilty of sexual misconduct
  • A higher standard for schools nationwide in how quickly they respond to all types of sex-based discrimination, instead of just sexual harassment
  • An abolishment of required live hearings that could cause more harm to those involved in sex-based misconduct cases
  • A boost in protections for students, employees and applicants that guard against discrimination "based on pregnancy, childbirth, termination of pregnancy, lactation, related medical conditions, or recovery from these conditions.

Now back to the regularly scheduled disinformation.

There's been girls hurt playing against boys.
Who are playing on the girls teams.
Seen a volleyball game where a girl was hurt because natural born boy hit the ball hard hurting a girl on the other team.
Seen a different video a boy saying he's a girl. In. That game that Ball player hurt three girls before halftime. In that basketball game the team with the hurt girls refuse to play the second half of that basketball.

What people do in their own life is their business.
But contact sports and even track isn't fair.
One dangerous the other just on fair.

Don't think people would complain in they compete in chess or a spelling bee that's open to everyone. No advantage for being born with a male body which is faster in the pool/Track. Swimming or track sports.
Anybody who has watch Olympic Games at all should know that.

liberalism is mental disorder, that or they're just so deviant and perverted in their thinking, they don't care. this all stemmed from the acceptance of the sodomy lifestyle.
