That would eliminate either 3 or 4 people. There are only 2 paths we all took to get here. Penn St/TX/ND and TX/Penn St/ND. You're gonna have a small tie at the top no matter what, in this format.

You'd have to pick at random or we could try to pick the score of the Championship Game.
