More of a power back than anything. Offers more experience than Peyton Lewis but Duke fans weren't upset about him leaving. Only averaged 3.9 ypc in conference play in the ACC
I value your input.

This is why I complain. Take every RB I’ve mentioned and throw them out the window.

If he’s a better/more experienced Lewis, then why not just go get a “stud”?

If he’s coming in here and say beats out Lewis, what’s the difference in that and getting someone that’s actually really really good.

More experienced than Lewis doesn't mean better than Lewis. There is no way this guy is better than Lewis. We don't need a stud. We already have one. You're just incredibly impatient.

He’s not. I saw him play in person a few times this season. I think he has decent vision, but Lewis for sure is much better, without a doubt much faster

Why are we going after this guy? Is this the best we can do at RB??? I mean really?

We are looking for depth…seems to me like the perfect depth piece. Where else are we going to find an 1,000 yard all purpose back who doesn’t want a guaranteed starting spot?

Why would we pay for a big time RB? We don't need one in this offense and the money should be allocated elsewhere.

And let me guess...anyone that complained hasn't seen him play 😂

Dude is plenty good. Experienced and plenty athletic for this level.

We once led the SEC in rushing (or was really close) with a sophomore Jabari Small and true freshman Jaylen Wright....and they weren't anything special then.

If we get him, he's probably not necessarily the starter. It's probably a by committee approach, and that's fine. Not to dissimilar from 2022 where we had no true number 1 option. I like Lewis and bishop, but we need experience.

This was the only season we really leaned on one guy primarily. Because Samp was that good.
