IMO, Spencer is the best point guard we've had at Tennessee since Shannon Bobbitt, and we are so darn lucky to have her. And there are a number of WNBA teams that would be lucky to have her.

Sam has been a wonderful addition and has done her tough job better than we could have dreamed. A very solid, smart leader.

However, realistically, her W chances are a longshot. She's small, 5'7" and not particularly quick. If she keeps playing the way she is now, she will likely get a training camp tryout and would have an outside chance to stick on a team. Longshot, but a possibility.

I continue to say, people undersestimate how hard it is to make a W roster. Rookies, even high draftees, who not only make the roster but start and thrive are very, very rare.
