The best combo I have found for watching the +content is espn+ and also YouTube tv. When I have those 2 subscriptions running I can watch all the sports they have listed on espn+. For a period of time I had fubotv and espn+ and was constantly getting told I didn't have that package to watch games that weren't specifically espn+ games.

I have YTTV, I couldn't watch on my phone via the ESPN+ app on Fri and Sat, (stuck at work) but I was able to watch via the app on my TV Sunday.

I been watching basketball games just fine on my phone all season

Been down this road recently in another thread but if you have Knoxville Comcast/Xfinity the sports app has lost it’s connection to SECN+ content on the menus, BUT you can manually get it BY hitting….

ON DEMAND

scroll OVER to SPORTS and click

Scroll DOWN thru all categories till you get to APPS scroll over to the WHITE ESPN icon and click, you will enter the app

You can try the available menus BUT for sure…..

ARROW way down to CHANNELS scroll across to SEC+ and click

Search the available categories till you find the game and if it is on the CURRENT line click and you are in. It will also show on UPCOMING if you want to know, but won’t remind you later.

I have clicked on LEAGUES, SPORTS, and CONFERENCES on the way down the page and gotten in, but not consistently.

They used to show on the MY menus and provide on screen notifications at game time, but no more. They blame it on something ESPN did.
Once you get IN the app it is pretty good. Have had to redo it every once in a while after some strange messages.

Was also told I should be able to get ESPN+ by identifying them as my provider, but not sure how to do that. Some games show up there and not SEC+ but not many,

They readily admit if you get The network you should get +.

All of this after multiple visits to the office on Kingston Pike. Don’t know if this works at other Comcast sites or not.

The White ESPN app for me on Comcast is ESPN Deportes 🤷

I think you are clicking on Browse By Network and it displays the white icon with Deportes written on it, but those are networks not APPS . Need to go to the bottom to APPS to see the white icon THAT then allows you to see all the espn + AND SEC+ to execute or go to CHANNELS line and click on the SECN+ icon and find the games.

what are the point of these giant screen TVs if you are watching on a phone ?

Well that is only 12 steps quicker! I tried voice with SECN+ and did not work, along with other methods.

Edited to add……

VOICE “ESPN APPS” works too. once in apps all is good.

No, it's included. You have to log into your ESPN account on the app then select your provider, then log into YouTube TV. You may have to do that over again if you don't open the app every couple days.....
