Yeah I don't know what is up with JJ. Knecht has barely played in last few games. I really hope he gets traded in offseason.

Knecht has had a really solid March. He played a lot when LeBron was out, but his minutes fell off a cliff the first game LeBron came back.

Even still...with the numbers he was putting up, it's a little surprising he doesn't see the floor more.

It stinks because I would be watching this trash if not for him.

I'd say the max he will play any game post Luka trade will be 10 minutes unless there are injuries. Lakers had a string of injuries , including LeBron, for a couple weeks so he got an unusual amount of minutes then. This is how it's gonna be the rest of the season I less there are injuries or guys sit out before playoffs start.

I bet they do once they can trade again. I wouldn't be shocked at a draft day trade.

Probably trade Knecht for the center from Utah this upcoming off season. Walker Kessler. Everyone would have to purchase the NBA League Pass to watch Knecht play for Utah. That crappy team is never on TNT or ESPN.

I would say there’s a good chance they move him for a different piece, but they also won’t be the only team to shorten/change the rotation for the playoffs. His defense will likely prevent him from being able to be on the floor much in the playoffs right now, so I wouldn’t say they are leaving him out of that rotation just because they don’t have future plans for him, however I do think they want other roles filled and he’s one of the best trade pieces they have.

Gotta be able to play defense to play playoff basketball. Lakers already have to cover Luka's defense and a lack of a quality big....
