When we lived in the Lexington area, I had my daughter with me at McDonalds on a UT-UK game day. It was during the Pearl era, and we’d just beaten them. She had her Vols cheerleader outfit on and I had my obnoxious amount of orange on. There was a Cat fan in line cussing us, her included, and her “stupid outfit”, etc. she was 3. So, it’s not just for dogs.

I realize it’s a minority of fans like that and every fan base has some turds, but it was horrible living there as a Vols fan. When they’d win the Kentucky fans would just look at me in orange and smirk. They truly think they are superior.

Enjoy!
Dixie and her Daddy, Brian, live in Indiana and are kind of famous. They both appeared in a Prime Video series called “The Pack” several years ago, and Dixie has filled in for Smokey at some U.T. NCAA tournament games when he couldn’t make it. In addition, my wife and I were flying home from Indianapolis on the third Saturday in October, 2022. In the airport we got to meet them and Dixie prayed for Tennessee to beat Alabama that day. Well, we all know how that day turned out and I’ll never forget it. Super nice!

I’m all for some good ribbing for swearing at a child is unacceptable. Deplorable humans.
