Okay, I guess I'm an idiot because I literally copy/pasted "WNBA performance team for official" and nothing came up except for some of those clickbait videos.

Just to be thorough I gave in and clicked on the video. There was no article referenced/linked as far as I can see. It appears to me that this is just speculation.

This would be a good place to start. The NBA reviews each game’s last two minutes if decided by ten points or less. They include a video of each call/no call and make a judgement on each issue addressed.
