First of all,

I just wanna thank y’all for being an awesome fan base. Took my stepdad to the Alabama game (I’m from Michigan. He’s born and raised from TN) and it was electric. The best game I’ve ever been to and I’m a die hard CFB fan and I’ve grown to love the vols a lot over the last few years. Trying to figure out which game to take him to this year as a surprise for Father’s Day. Any suggestions? We went to the ole miss game (the mustard on the field game) and even that was electric. Not sure which game will be the night game this year but any help would be appreciated! Thank y’all in advance. The hospitality of everyone from the tailgates to the game itself was outstanding. Y’all should be proud. Sorry for the long message but I couldn’t be happier with my last trip to Knoxville and I’m crazy excited for my next one!

I'd be looking hardest at the Georgia (September; hot, sticky) and Oklahoma (November; cool, perhaps drizzly) games.

An October mid-afternoon game would be best chance for ideal weather, but the Arkansas game just doesn't seem to have the same oompf as those other two.

Hope you and your dad have a blast, whenever you go.

Go Vols!

Depends on how the team does, really. If the Georgia game goes the way it has every year for 8 straight years now, then not Georgia. If we are competitive for 60 minutes (unlike 2024 where we were dominated for 3 quarters), or mess around and win, then that would be the game of the year, possibly the second best game of the century in Neyland, with only 2022 Bama ahead of it.

Arkansas 'oompf' fan reminder...

We have a four-game losing streak with them (dating allllll the way back to 2007) and they pulled the upset on us in Fayetteville last year

Arky or OU....enjoy
This is my recommendation too. Obviously Georgia is the biggest home game on the schedule, but for the likely weather and ticket price, combined with a good atmosphere, I think I would give Arkansas a slight edge over Oklahoma.

My wife and I are season-ticket holders and invite my mother down for one game per year. Last year, it was Alabama. This year, it is Arkansas for those reasons. It should be a great atmosphere, but also a Vol win. Similar to South Carolina in 2023. It’s a big revenge game. If not Arkansas, go with the Oklahoma game.

Fan reminder losing streaks end.

Absolutely a horrible way to make a decision on whether to attend a game, think of what you would have missed in 2022 if you avoided game where we had a losing streak.
