I like how Lane conveniently doesn't mention that what caused the crowd response was him having his Ole Miss players fake about three dozen injuries during the game to slow Tennessee down. Fake injury after fake injury after fake injury after fake injury. That game took four hours plus because the only way he had to beat UT was to have players take dives on every Tennessee offensive series.

Jackass.

Also, just saying, I didn't see or hear anything in this video that suggested he misses or gives a damn about Tennessee or Knoxville.

It was a combination of that, ****** calls by the referees, and the fact that it was his first time back since he left under the cover of darkness in January 2010. He should thank his lucky stars he didn't come back earlier (like mid-2010s or so), the reception would've been far, far worse.

More trolling from the Oxford Brain Trust. If there’s one thing that this dunce is good at it’s living rent free in a large portion of our fanbase’s heads. The sooner we learn to ignore this goof (both insults and praise) the sooner he will move on and find someone else to mess with.
Yep this Drama Lamaleava business is enough without Lame Kitten.

Thats the thing about those fake partypillows...they completely defy gravity all on their own. No support needed. Scientific marvel IMO. When she's 70, OSHA will still require eye protection for anyone in her vicinity between 4 and 5 feet tall. Wont drop a half inch in a half century. Modern medicine is truly impressive. I am old fashioned though, prefer the homegrown sets to the store-boughts.

Kiffin reminded me of the circus coming to town. Not knowing if you want to go, it comes, and you go. The change in atmosphere seems unreal, but it disrupts the norm and wins your attention. It hits that you are being entertained and sort of liking it. Then it leaves. You might miss it very noticeably and wish it were still here, but you are also a little glad it's gone. My impression is that adapting to Oxford changed him significantly. He seems more real now than razzle dazzle.

The officials making the most corrupt call in CFB that year didn't help. We clearly and cleanly got the strip sack on their attempted cutely trick play, no whistle blew, the refs ran down and signaled touchdown. Replay showed everyone was set, the snap was clean etc and they still screwed us and ruled the play dead. That touchdown being taken away cost us the game and poured about a hundred thousand gallons of gasoline on the fire of the fake injuries and other egregiously bad calls.
